Achema – A Short Contemplation



Dear Brothers And Sisters in the Dhamma,
Let us make a short contemplation...

Relax and quiet .............slowly close your eyes ...............feeling the body completely stop moving..................Now concentrate all of your energy on awareness...........looking toward your inner core...........just imagine it is very bright light there.........you can't see what is inside this bright  light.........try to reach this inner core.............you are still living surrounding this inner core..............it is not far away from you.................one day you need to reach this inner core..........otherwise you will never know what is the taste of life.......................in this inner core you are a Buddha...........or Enlightened One................................a lot of flower petals just drop and surround all of your body...........................................you are the Bless One...............all existence comes and celebrates for your inner peace.......................................for the very first time...............you are not alone.............. You are part of this Universe........at this very moment.......................................your whole body just lights up...............from your inner core........................................a golden bright light shoots out very fast.............toward the whole  Universe.................................................................this is the most auspicious moment........................................you and the universe become One......................................................................... joining with all the Buddhas....................unborn................silent................the source of everything................................this is where you come from.......this is your home...............you are back home now.........you are back home now............remain this auspicious silent moment for some time........peace.............................................................and ........slowly take  3 deep breaths.........................with full of your awareness......................slowly open your both eyes.........................and smile............;-)
